the hotel was conveniently situated very close to boutique shopping, thapae gate and the suday street market and the night bazaar and most attractions in chiang mai. the rooms were good-sized and brand-new and complete with great design, the bedroom and comfortable bed.

The service here was outstanding. Plus, the location is really convenient on a large platform! 👌.

Greatly enjoyed the way our tidy and fancy room with a bed was.

A short walk to Dash Restaurant and Bar, where you can have lunch. Located in the center of the city...

It's a beautifully designed hotel. Each room has been created by a local architect/artist to represent the Chinese zodiac signs. Our room was the snake room, and for a few nights, was a pleasure to stay in.

The hotel generally, really is faultless. Our room (the snake room) was a little noisy but wearing earplugs and keeping the air-conditioning unit on did the trick!

This hotel is ideally located in a fantastic area, just a short distance from the center and within reach of the Priory Ruins.

I ordered a wake-up call at 7 A.M. but nobody called me, forturnatly I wasn't hurry up for flight.

Exciting hotel with differently designed rooms, a lot of unusual design ideas and a pleasant, unique atmosphere. Our room had a nice large window with a good view. It looked very fancy and "different" from what you usually get. You could have a decent breakfast all day, the check- out time was very generous (12 o'clock), the bar in the hotel was great.

Sometimes functionality is sacrificed for design: We had a toilet in our room. So, depending on your toilet sharing style, you might prefer to use the shared bathroom and consider some of the rooms as rooms without a toilet. The a/c seemed a bit old and was directed at the bed, also, we had a hard time getting a somehow constant temperature out of the shower (which was very nicely designed though). Our room was not very soundproof, we heard a lot of music and talking outside. The staff was nice and friendly, but seemed a bit forgetful and confused at times.

super clean and convenient location - right at Thapae Gate. got awesome local tips from the staff and they were so helpful - googled stuff and booked shows for me without a problem.

Natural and comfortable, love the design there, esp. The pub & shop. Good location and reasonable price. Nice hotel for people who really enjoy unique living experiences.

Rooster room is noisy during night, there is a pub nearby with live band which doesn't stop until 2-3am!

The hotel had a super cool outdoor pool where we spent hours chilling and having a splash. The poolside area was perfect for playing some pool volleyball and working on our tan. Plus, the staff was really fun and friendly, always making sure we had a great time. We also loved the funky designs of the rooms, especially the "dog" room with its unique decor. Mo Rooms is the ultimate spot for young party-goers looking for a good time!

If I could ask for one thing, it would be for the hotel to have some more fun activities or events for young people. Although we had a great time at the outdoor pool, it would have been even better if there were some organized pool parties or DJ sets.

All the bedrooms have a very special design, so different from others hotels. I really recomend you if you want to pass a very nice night. Howewer, you should say before witch of the rooms do you prefer. Our favourite: Monkey, Tiger, goat.
